Tomato Goat Cheese Stacks
serves 4
Ingredients
- 8 sl red tomatoes, lightly salted
- 8 sl goat cheese
- 4 sl yellow tomatoes, lightly salted
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 T balsamic vinegar
- 1 t black pepper
Instructions
- Create a stack from the bottom up of red tomato, goat cheese, yellow tomato, goat cheese, red tomato.
- Drizzle with oil and vinegar, season with pepper, plate and serve.
